SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY


International Duties and Customs

For orders shipped to the United States via DHL Express, shipping is provided under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All applicable US import duties, tariffs, and customs charges are prepaid by the sender at checkout. The recipient will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

All products are declared with accurate HS (Harmonized System) codes and origin information to facilitate smooth customs processing. Any prepayment of duties and taxes included in your shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you choose another carrier or shipping method that does not include prepaid duties, any customs charges assessed by the receiving country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.


We offer free express shipping on all orders above $300.


RIGID SENSES is a custom manufacturer. We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from RIGID SENSES. Every piece is handmade and available in near limitless custom options. With this in mind, please carefully read our returns policy below before making a purchase.


If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Return costs are your responsibility.

CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS (INCLUDING ENGRAVED), OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT VALID FOR REFUND OR RETURN.


ITEMS LISTED AS FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED.


EACH CUSTOM ORDER TAKES 6-15 WEEKS TO DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE.


Custom orders require full payment. If you need to make any changes to the size of your pre-order, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order. After this time, we won’t be able to make any changes.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN MEASUREMENTS AND THEIR ACCURACY.


CANCELLATIONS:


All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such you will forfeit all or part of your money if you choose to cancel your order.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled without forfeiting the customers payment.

When the pre-order is accepted and ordered, the customer is liable to lose any monies paid.
